Welcome to Tara. We are delighted to constantly bring you the same award winning cuisine and service which has proudly earned us a rating of 28 points in ZAGAT Survey, and multiple WINE SPECTATOR "AWARDS OF EXCELLENCE" for our wine list.
All of our sauces and dressings are made in house from my mother Jeannie’s recipes. We pride ourselves on using only the very freshest and finest ingredients in all our dishes, and with the exception of our Carnegie Deli Cheesecake®, flown in from New York, all of our desserts are made in house daily.
Our steaks are hand cut from individually selected short loins, then dry aged in accordance with our proprietary methods.
We select only Maine lobsters maintained with TLC in our tanks to assure maximum sweetness and tenderness. In season, our stone crab claws come in daily from our contracted Everglades City crab boats.
All of our entrees and accompaniments are prepared to order, many of which are served family style. Our goal is to prepare your meal your way, serving portions to suit every appetite.
